Reading the entire English Wikipedia: It's possible

Reading the entire English Wikipedia: It's possible.

If you don't like the idea of not sleeping for almost 15 years, here's an alternative plan. If you dedicated "only" 12 hours per day to reading Wikipedia and you read at average reading speed of 300 words per minute, it would take you 30 years to read 1447 volumes of Wikipedia. For Howard Stephen Berg it would take 130 days or a little bit more than 4 months.

Chrome rapidly catching up to Firefox

Google’s Chrome web browser has only been around for two years, but with an almost frantic pace of development it’s already gone through more iterations in that brief time than many other software products do in a decade. Chrome is now up to version 6, and has a rapidly increasing share of the web browser market. It’s now in third place after Firefox and Internet Explorer.

Capzule PHR

Data visualization helps users to analyze and compare health data and events for any given period of time. Users may select from multiple sets of data and visualize in an interactive timeline format for easy browsing with finger swipes.

Capzule Introduces Interactive Time Line to Personal Health Data on iPad. It is also the first personal health record on the iPhone platform to allow editing from a PC over Wi-Fi, including the capability to upload files via a web browser. The Share feature has expanded to allow data transfer between iPad, iPhone, and iPod touch devices, making it easier to copy data to a family member's device, to an upgraded device, or to replicate in multiple devices. The most unique aspect of Capzule PHR is the ability for users to customize a personal set of health monitoring templates to record health conditions. These Flowsheets report a visual progress of health goals using points plotted on a graph.

Capzule PHR is available on the App Store for $4.99.

Portfolio: Infographics by Diego Dzienciol

These infographics were made by Diego Dzienciol form Buenos Aires, Argentina for the university in 2007.

The objective was not just to shown as many information as possible in the same graph but also using a concept for the shape. Thats why they look so complex, but if you pay attention, you will see that every detail in the graphs will show you diferent kind of data.
